Returns & Cancellation Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All Skön Sauna units are handcrafted and built to order according to your selected configuration.

Because each sauna is custom-built specifically for you, different cancellation conditions apply compared to standard retail products.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun.

Production is deemed to begin once materials are ordered, allocated, or fabrication is scheduled.

Once production has started, the order may no longer be cancelled.

If cancelled before production begins, your deposit will be fully refunded within 15 days using the original method of payment.

If production has already begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable due to material allocation, labor scheduling, and production commitments.

Delivery Delays

If delivery exceeds 30 days beyond the agreed production timeline and no revised delivery agreement is reached, you may request cancellation in accordance with Québec consumer protection law.

Returns After Delivery

Due to the custom-built nature of our products, saunas are not eligible for return once delivered.

However, your purchase is fully protected under Québec’s legal warranty, which guarantees that:

• The product is fit for its intended use

• The product is durable for a reasonable period

• The product matches the description provided

• The product is free of hidden defects

If your product presents a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Legal Warranty

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.
